Gordon Lightfoot is still amazing live, even at 73. When he plays, he plays with emotion and with purpose. There is only one Gordon Lightfoot. He's lived a hard life. It's not an easy life being a musician and Canada is very proud to have him as a musical icon.

Hi, I've played the piano for over 17 years; -- I am in awe with this piece. Love the way you express yourself in music -- don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Your tempo is fine for this type of music. :) If others are particular about it, then they can listen to Bach. Great use of running chords!

Thank you for uploading a live version of his performance. I own countless of his CDs and vinyls, which are often hard to come by. I truly believe he shaped jazz -- the father of jazz.

It is totally possible as long as you don't get stuck in the platonic, "He's my brother-like friend" zone. Two of my mutual friends are best friends before they dated and got married.
