The MW3 Moab is more balanced than the nukes cuz nukes end the game, and all you gotta do is use harries, chopper gunner, and you can end the game. The moab doesn't end the game, and its something that gives players a challenge when playing. The nukes were so easy to get. no real challenge at all.
