Tornado east of Pleasanton, NE on June 20, 2011. Occurred around 4:50 pm CDT. Taken from the backseat of M2, one of the TWISTEX mesonet vehicles. Tornado was to our NNW.

Squaw Creek in Ames, IA crested at just over 18', missing the record set in 1993 by only a few inches. Massive flooding resulted around Ames and Iowa State University.
