@MrSlutMonkey all riflework is, is a lot of basics hahaha just do drop spins and then add on tricks to it and then keep adding on more and choreography just comes to you :) just needa be really good at basics

try making your release counts closer together.. so when you push with your left hand down to your side and your right hand releasing, put them closer together. so the counts should be 1, &. but i just say re and lease lol.. but the closer you put those counts together the more rotations and powe...

@HerkMeck they have the average amount of people in their guard like any other dci group.. and they dont really have any faults if they practice 13+ hours a day throughout about 5-6 bandcamps from january to may and then the whole summer...
