@mooiegarage. Yes, it's the digital one. Paid £1450 for it. Had to order and pay prior to manufacture, to make sure my name was on the list for the next production batch of 50. Took 6 months before I got it, but Markus was very good and kept in touch.

Justin Hayward is better known for his amazing voice but his guitar playing is seldom mentioned. It's him playing the guitar lead in the middle of this song. Mike Pinder's own distinctive voice, amazing mellotron and mini-Moog, aided by Ray Thomas's flute. Superb stuff. Superb band.

This music wasn't composed by any of the three names on the album cover. It's Vaughan Williams's "Fantasia on the Theme by Thomas Tallis" (1910); Tallis himself having been an Elizabethan composer. It's been brilliantly done by Mike Dickson on mellotron (see Dicksons' "Mellotronworks" website).

Great early use of the mellotron in the beginning, verses, and end, but Brian Auger is only ever seen playing the organ which takes over in the middle 8s. Julie was a great singer.

Looks like you're having a load of fun with the 'tron. Hope to be doing the same in March! Can't wait - I've wanted one for 40 years!
