I work in a prison. I get one full course meal for the 8 hr shift. I typically have access to fruit and water throughout the day but I can't just fry up so mystery meat often enough to eat 5 meals a day. Any tips as to what people in my situation should do. I am starting P90X this week. Thanks

My cooling fan makes the same hairdryer noise until the PS3 is chilled then it gets quiet. I hated it when my girl was sleeping and I tried playing at 3AM...I had to take the cooling fan off.
