it IS THE MOON. all u have to do is use stellarium to see that the moon is as for the brightness, it is due to the type of camera being used, as well as light refraction. even a crescent moon will shine brightly under these circumstances.

this is curious, indeed. because the sun is on the left, this must have come from stereo B. if you go to nasa's site and enter these same dates to be viewed thru SB1, u can clearly see that "elenin" is moving in the opposite direction (left to right). ???

do you recall in which constellation this was on the day you recorded it? where in the night sky are you looking. i do not doubt your reasons or intent, etc. i amsimply trying to find it for myself so i can keep an eye on it....obviously the locations and dates given by nasa are bogus. can yo...
