well it could be maybe 20-30 years ago (so called OBO vessels - oil bulk ore ) but not today...because of the very rigid rules from IMO, IACS and SOLAS. If you watch carefully you cant see a single pipe on the deck and also there are no transfer conections for cargo (oil). Defenet...
