The CUNA HR and Training & Development (HR/TD) Council is dedicated to the fundamental purpose of being the foremost credit union association of HR and Training & Development professionals by:

- Providing a forum for the exchange and discussion of HR and Training & Development information;
- Being the leading voice of the HR and Training & Development profession through government and media representation;
- Providing information services and educational programs for the professional development of members;
- Ensuring that HR and Training & Development professionals are able and equipped to become leaders and decision makers in the organizations;
- Promoting the recognition of the HR and Training & Development profession as a vital management discipline within the credit union system.
