@dedicatedkiller11b The common law right to resist an unlawful arrest, in the absence of unreasonable force, was (unfortunately) abrogated by the Wisconsin Supreme Court in State v. Hobson, 577 N.W.2d 825 (Wis. 1998). I think that the case does conflict with the holding in the John Bad Elk case.
