It's sensationalism. Many MANY things like this have come up recently. "OH GOD! THE GOVERNMENT IS GOING TO SHUT DOWN YOUTUBE!" Nothing came of it. I'm not really worried. Besides, there are professional impersonators out there that get paid for impressions.
