@fede4real Good to hear. How often did you do the exercise? I did these exercises everyday, but it didn't really do much. Did you do 30 reps each? Or do 5 reps then hold for 5 seconds and repeat until you do 20-30 reps? How many times did you do them during the day?

lol...I tried to pick up my FIRST girl today. I stumbled through the whole thing. The hardest part was telling the girl i thought she was cute. She said she was seeing someone.....

O well it was a great learning experience. The first one is always the hardest.
