My laptop came preloaded with windows Vista Business, i first had Xubuntu, then i wiped the drive and installed Debian, after fouling up a working Debian (5.0) Lenny. system and the original equipment manufacturer 250gb hard drive with a after market 500gb sata hard drive. I than reinstalled X...
hoa they must be behind the time because modern *nix operatig systems shouldn't require much more than 2gb of swap un less you plan to edit images in gimp or render 2d/3d models in inkscape.
