XC: Senior Year in 06
3 miles: 16:22(1st place, School record and name athlete of the week in NCT)
5000 meters: 16:37 at State Champions(15th place and given 2nd Team All-State Honors)
Track:
USATF during sophomore-1st 2 months of june and july of my junior year of 05.
1500 meters: 4:32
3000 meters: 9:53
5000 meters: 16:46 at National Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana(placed 18th out of 27)
Track: Senior Year in 07.
3200 meters: 9:58 at CIF Prelims(School record and advanced to the Final.)
Road Races
5000 meters: 16:21 at O'side Turkey Trot in 07(placed fourth overall)
8000 meters: 27:40 at Cougar Challenge at CSUSM in 07(Placed 23rd overall)
8000 meters in 08: 26:41 at Cougar Challenge at CSUSM(placed 24th: competition was stiff)
Half-Marathon: 1:18.06 at San Dieguito Half in Feb. of 08(Placed 7th overall)
Carlsbad Half 09: 1:14:56 (Placed 23rd overall)

USATF: Ranked 33rd out of 150 athletes nationally and named all elite.
