I think Lana's baby is actually Clarks.
Remember when Clark was shot in a previous
episode while powerless. His Doctor retrieved
a sample of His blood.
There is obviously something up with this
baby for Lex to take out Lana's Doctor
when He attempted to blackmail Lex.
There's something Lex doesn't want to
get out about this baby.
I think Clarks DNA was implanted into
Lana.
Lex is attempting a 33.1
Experiment to recreate Clarks powers.
And thats Lanas condition. So Lex is afraid the baby will be a monster so thats y we saw it in his dream. And if you paid close attenetion in the first couple minutes of Promise 1/5, you see the docter thats giving Lana that thingy with Lex is the docter Lex ends up killing.
