I don't know if anyone suggested this, but silk liners!! If you have to use cremes when you are using cloth the silk will keep the goo off your dipes.
I know you already picked FBs, but they are really better ;) I hate BG

ITA, anything that sticks out will wick everywhere. There are other folds that give you a better fit around the legs. If you roll instead of fold, or make another fold in!
