This is definitely interesting; you can hear shades of Lucky Man here....nice chord changes, they definitely should have doen MORE with this.....it's way underproduced and undertracked.

When I saw this tour in the round at the Phila Spectrum in '79, I thought that it was the best show I ever saw until I saw Kansas on their "Monolith" tour also at the spectrum.....the most underrated live show; PERIOD!!!!!!

I have this ENTIRE concert on DVD recorded on October the 21st 1992 ( 4 days before Jon's B-day! ) He does Island of Life, Lady of Dreams, and a few others with Kitaro; why is the quality of this recording so awful?? Live at Radio City Music hall In NYC.

This song Just One Man is beautiful! Rick more than likely asked Jon to write lyrics for this, about Jesus Christ.

The reason they dropped this from the setlist was because it was SO HARD to do live, and itwas NOT tony Kaye's fault; this is one the hardest Yessongs to play live

I talked to Jon about these demos at the Union rehearsals, so I got some good inside info!!

Actually the bass on ALL of these demos are done by Rick on the Korg M-1. as are ALL of the drums and perc. Anyone who plays keys and owns an M-1 can tell you that.. Rick uses a roland d-50 and an Ensoniq VFX-SD on a few tracks as well.

Yeah, this stuff, most of it anyway, was all sequenced on the Korg M-1 by Rick. Some of the material they used for other songs that made it to the Union YES album, which was songs from ABWH and the 90125 YES band.
