Let me guess, this was someone's thesis to prove that, given 100 monkeys with 100 word processors and 100oz of high grade weed, eventually a video fit for MTV could be scripted.

The cheaper grovers don't always stay in tune. You can alleviate the problem by replacing the nut with a graphite or similar nut and replacing the bridge with one that has roller saddles.
