Hey, the Cable Guy is one of Jim Carrey's best movies and a very good movie in its own right! And didn't Happy Gilmore come out in '95?
This is one of the most unfocused things I've ever seen. I'm starting to think that he really has no idea how magic can be used to stop drug abuse and is doing all this introductory hemming and hawing to divert our focus so we'll forget that's what the tape is really about.
