Right on brother.. And thanks for serving, as I assume u did. And it's great that you are out here on the net, which my Dad, who I have been preaching to as well to get hip w/the net, has not yet. I respect my elders as every American should and all who read this should know to do so as well. Hoorah, Semper Phi, and rebel or yank, we are all Americans. .

What debt collectors can do depends on state law allows them to do. Some states such as Massachussets will allow debt collectors to haul off their cars regardless of how much money they might still owe on the car. Some states will allow a debt collector to send the sheriff to a debtor's home with a writ of attachment and take anything the sheriff thinks is of sufficient value to make it worthwhile. All states have laws in place stating what debt collectors can and cannot do. Each person should check their state and federal law to see what is and is not allowed. Telling people that it can happen prepares them for the worst that can happen and doing so does not make me a fraud.

Why do you lie to people and sell a bogus "debt solution" class? I've seen the advice you give on AllExperts and you flat out make things up. You tell people that a sheriff can collect things from someone's home to cover a debt and that is flat out untrue. You are nothing but a fraud.

I think it is great what you are doing. My friend is being harrassed by debt collectors all the time and even I feel taken advantage of by them just trying to help him out.
