Rebuild communities once dependent on manufacturing by developing creativity in individuals, especially students by teaching music and performing arts. Standardized testing in schools has not improved learning ability. Music has been shown to have a dramatic impact on the ability to use the right and left portions of the brain. Our communities and our culture will be strengthened and enriched by using an innovative and progressive approach to education.
