How To Tell If Someone Is a REAL Drummer...
1. They Listen and learn from the best, Chris Adler, Neal Peart, Inferno, and so on.
2. They HATE lame, shallow, bubble-gum pop, Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, High School Musical, and so on.
3. They are always silently tapping out a beat, or at least thinking one it their head.
4. They will never be seen listening to country or rap.
5. They will, however, be seen listening to Rock, Metal, Punk, and anything rock related.
6. They don't care what you think of them.
7. They are anti-establishment.
8. They are NOT emo!

I listen to metal;Lamb of God above all; black metal, death metal, pretty much anything but grindcore, because that is not metal.
I also listen to a little bit of industrial such as, combichrist, v n v nation,wumpscut, and nine inch nails.

I have a 6 piece Yamaha drum kit including 1 kick, and 5 toms; 3 rack and 2 floor. I have 9 cymbals including; a pair of 13in. rock high-hats from paiste, a pair of 14in. thin high-hats from sabian, a 10in. medium splash from sabian, a 16in. rock crash from paiste, an 18in. rock crash from paiste, a 16in. thin crash from sabian, a 17in. sensitive china from paiste, a 20in. rock ride from paiste, and a 16in. mystery cymbal.(does not have a brand.)
I am curently using a DW 7000 double pedal.
I use pro-mark 5A medium weight, american hickory drum sticks, the official sticks of Chris Adler.
