rules of TPAC:

1. moments voted for must contain at least 100 subscribers on the main account of where it's posted[some exceptions will be made where needed]

2. of those series denoted in rule 1, any moment from videos released in that month is fair game and open to be voted for.

3. if you are a creator of an abridged series or have major contributions to someone else's[lend your voice to at least half of the episodes of one particular series posted to that point for month the conutdown is taking place], you cannot vote for moments from those series. this includes team-ups!

4. you may list up to three moments to vote for a particular month. they must clearly be listed 1, 2 & 3[these numbers will serve as tiebreakers].

5. votes must be displayed in the following matter:

#1: abridged title [episode ##]
series creator
moment and a rough timestamp[or timestamps if it applies] of when it happens
link to episode

8. you may only vote once and no using multiple email accounts to vote additional times. if i find out you're using multiple emails, your votes will not count for future countdown videos!
