For starters, I suffer from sleep apnea and heard that playing a didgeridoo exercises the upper airway in a very unique way. Well, it works for me so that's the best research I could ask for. I found out about it from a study published in The British Medical Journal and on PubMed. So, not only am I less sleepy during the day (a side effect of sleep apnea) but I'm learning a musical instrument and helping my health at the same time. How cool is that.
So I'm sharing what I find and really editing out the "too good to be true" remedies. I hope you like my channel. I'm new to YouTube so please be kind, constructive, or full of praises when you comment!
