My blood pressure is exceptional while taking adderall-- maybe it depends on the person and their lifestyle. I wish to know more about the glucose though-- Is it possible that glucose has a hard time being transported into the muscles themselves?
I agree with you Jeff. There is way too much synthetic "food science" going on today, and to be frank--it's slowly killing us. Your body not knowing what to do with this crap makes it so it gets stored with other fat cells. When your body doesn't know what to do with something, YOUR BODY STORES MOST OF IT!! IT DOES NOT GET RID OF IT!! Nothing against bodybuilders at all, but all of them swear by Mc. Donalds! Why the heck would somebody want a body built by chemicals?? Shakeology all the way!! :)
And one last thing (lol)-- when we become diamond (or ruby) do you generate the 5 or 10% commission from every single person In your down line? Or is it only limited to a select group of individuals? These questions are what I feel I'm having the most trouble on, truly appreciate your help!

1) do you generate a cycle bonus for coaches on your strong side (since they too cycled over the required amount of points?
2) this may be a little off topic, but I am a huge when it comes to mapping out my goals and business steps. What would you recommend for someone like myself to be able to map out my business based on a goal income amount I wish to obtain? My goal just for now is $1k a month. Thanks again for all your help
