I can explain the italian words if you wish, but it's just technicalties from the recording studio ("can you hear me?", "it won't work"...). I think the meaning is that at the beginning they can hear the band but can't broadcast it. Then they turn the aerials and they manage to transmit the song.

forse non vi rendete conto del contributo di Sinigallia agli arrangiamenti. secondo me tutto quello che tocca è oro. l'album ha dei suoni straordinari, anche se mi rendo conto che in questa registrazione dal vivo non si possa percepire.
