Coyote Love is Authentic, NYC Style, Rock & Soul music. The project is the brainchild of performer/producer Hank Wagner. A native New Yorker, Hank grew up on the Upper-West Side with a mix of 70s Rock, Salsa, Disco, Reggae and (later) Hip-Hop blasting daily from his sisters stereo and from their neighbors windows. With influences spanning from Muddy Waters to Medieval Choral music to Southern Rock, Parliament/P-Funk, Bob Marley and Led Zeppelin, Coyote Love breaks the bond of conventional market niches and formulas. Songs about ones girlfriend take the back seat to phat beats, burning guitar and harmonica licks and Hanks active philosophy of booty-shaking rock funk and blues with a message.
