The person that shoots Stefan with the arrow is Jamie. This isn't a spoiler, it's just my guess considering that Bonnie & Elena meet this guy at Bonnie's mother's, and then we can all tell that it's someone that we don't already know.

God, I love Michael Trevino! I REALLY hope that he isn't the next one to go. We all know that with this show, there's no telling when somebody is going to be killed off. I just hope that Tyler and Caroline make it! They're tied with Damon and Elena as my favorite couple on the show.
