I took some of your advice an started doing some weight work rather than cardio. :) it was quite amusing to be honest haha! I really like your videos, they're quite an influence on me.. hope you can make more soon!

Hey Courtney, I just found your page through one of your suscribers, and I only wish I'd found them months ago. It dawned on my yesterday that i was having a really great day and I wasn't going to let it go. Today is the first day to the rest of my life, and i will ENJOY the rest of my senior year of highschool....I must also admit, I want your jacket you wore in your video from around Xmas last year x).
