Country girl born and raised

As I said, early Sunday morning (9/25/11) I went outside after I couldnt sleep all night. When I saw a chestnut colored lump in my pasture I went to investigate. I didn't need to go into the pasture before I realized it was Kacie. She was stiff and not moving or breathing. I screamed out her name hoping she'd turn her head and look at me she didn't move and i was like my entire body was paralyzed and I fell to the ground crying and screaming. My uncle came and carried me into the house he happened to stop by and my parents had gone camping so I was home alone. I called my mom and she came right home. No one knows exactly what happened to her but the fence was down and the spot where the fence had been taken out gave us reason to believe the horses didn't do it. 1.In the 6 years we've had horses on the property none of them ever took out the fence over there 2.there is a huge steep hill on the other side of the fence line. The thoery's were something got caugh in the fence like a deer or somthing and scared her enough to give her a heart attack. Another theory was something got her but there were no tracks in the pasture or marks on her body and she was still there if something were going to try to kill her it would probably be to eat. There were no skid marks around where her body was that indicated any struggle but again the fence was still down in a questionable area that had everone scratching there heads. I found my moms horse bolting out of the woods. None of our horses go into the woods so to find him tearing out of the woods eyes all bugged out had everyone wondering what happened but if something was out there why were there no marks on her or tracks in the pasture and why didnt the dogs bark? Our other theory was colic but she didn't eat anything our other horses didnt eat and the three of them were still alive and healthy. The lid on the grain was still latched into place. So neither theory added up. There were bear prints found on the steeper side of the hill on the outside of the pasture but still no indication that it went in the pasture and no indication of a struggle or fight. Maybe I'll never know what I do know is i feel like a part of me's been ripped out like i've hit rock bottom. Without her I dont know what i'll do
