Our job is to make sure the consumers collective voice is heard in the water debate and that consumers are pushed to, and then remain, at the heart of the water industrys thinking. This means real improvements in the things that matter to consumers.

Every week, we help hundreds of people in a very real way by resolving problems with their water and sewerage companies. In 2007/08 alone we have handled more than 16,000 complaints and achieved over £1.7m in compensation for water customers.

We are an evidence based organisation and use consumer research to shape our thinking and to guide the issues we look at on behalf of consumers.
