i wait for respond,exept this stupidity the case is not bad.
this is actually a matter of your motherboard. To use the hot-swap feature of the external docking station, ensure that your motherboard is configured for hot-swap. Make sure to install all related drivers that come with your motherboard, and turn on the AHCI function in the BIOS to activate the hot-swap feature.
If you are not familiar with your motherboard's BIOS setup, you might want to double-check with its respective manual.
