John Williams? Seriously, his playing is technically perfect but emotionally dead. Kaori's playing and I might add Ana Vidovic's playing as well, is far far better, more nuanced with a great deal of feeling. The way they both phrase pieces is genius. Listen to Muraji's Saudade no 3 or Vidovic's C...
