【材料】：鮮蚵6兩、蛋5個、小白菜半斤、綠豆芽4兩、韭菜末1­/2杯、細地瓜粉1杯、豬油適量、水2杯

【做法】：

1、先把小白菜切段，韭菜切末後備用。

2、把半杯的地瓜粉和一杯水調勻後，再把韭菜放入，即完成粉漿的­部份。

3、平底鍋加熱放入豬油，再把蚵仔放入接著倒入粉漿，打上一顆蛋­，放上小白菜等粉...

"蚵仔煎沒有蚵仔"素食口感清爽熱賣

材料：蘋果.西芹.馬鈴薯.紅蘿蔔.咖哩粉.香蕉、橄欖油、水

做法：

1.開小火用少許油炒香咖哩粉，炒出香味之後再加入西芹、紅蘿蔔­、蘋果。

2.炒勻後再加入馬鈴薯、香蕉，再加入水(淹過所有材料)，小火­熬煮到蔬菜軟爛，約20分鐘。

3.所有材料放涼之後，分次用果汁機打碎即可。
