"Testilyers" are Police Officers who are "Testifying" TO THE COURTS, & are "Lying" while giving their testimony to the Courts. This is a nationwide issue. Wouldn't you be proud to live in a community knowing you have these type people who are so called "protecting" its community & your rights? STRANGE - BUT it is in your cities best financial interest to NOT STOP IT, & quietly turn a blind eye...

It provides a MySpace blog where fellow SM residences can log/document the actions of their PD & share your Good or Bad experiences with others. I was made aware of 3 or more community members who claim to have been "set up" by this PD, & issued tickets illegally, and read why the city does this...
Where do you think your city REALLY gets the additional funds to support the ever increasing prices to operate the city? Sure, we all pay taxes, but don't we always hear the city needs more money to keep running due to inflation? How about when you voted for a new High School or when gas prices jumped to $6 a gallon, do you really know how your city covered and covers this increase in cost?
Simple! Cities like SM 100% relies on their Police Departments to write as many tickets as possible, & get convictions; including making them up! The more tickets/convictions they generate, the more money the city gets because the city who writes the tickets, gets TO KEEP THE MONEY! This is a major money making tool/SCAM SMPD & other cities SILENTLY use to keep the money flowing into them. YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSE TO KNOW THIS!!!! When the cities budget is short of money, officers need (or directed?) to write more tickets, and lie if necessary. The more serious offenses they think they can legally get away with, the more money the city makes. So its more profitable to cities to bust as many high priced fines versus writting parking tickets. Simple hey, but at what lengths are they going, and can they falsify court documents just to "set up" communiaty members?
Just like other cities, your SMPD DOES NOT have, nor use A SINGLE recording device anywhere to monitor them! NO audio or video equipment in their vehicles or person to monitor them on ANY SCENE; NO recording devices INSIDE THEIR JAIL;; nor a single video camera inside the jail cells! Can you image, your city refuses to allow any recording devices ANYWHERE POLICE OFFICERS WORK!? WOW! What is your city & Police REALLY "covering up"?
For decades, the Police have been telling businesses & the public to place video camera's to help stop crime, right? Lets see who uses them - gas stations; bars; cash registers; schools; etc. Yet, your local SMPD, who deal 100% of the time with crime, REFUSES to ALLOW A SINGLE RECORDING DEVICE ANYWHERE THEY WORK! Ironic hey? But there are several reasons for them NOT using it, that you ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO KNOW...
You have the officer on the scene, arrest someone, & that same officer completes a form of what happened, without any worry of anyone monitoring or questioning them. See how easy it is for any officer to take away anyones rights, & all they have to do is put on their police report that "they were suppose to have done by the book" simply because they can now "create" any story they want, saying they did everything perfectly, when in reality, they have no proof, except their word, and gives them the ability to unjustly brandish anything they want. Then, they give the courts falsified police reports for a easier conviction. Next, these officer(s) turn these inaccurate police reports to the courts, & then the victim needs to defend themselves by providing the court "physical" "Truth" evidence to fight for their innocence, which everyone (THE POLICE) knows, is NON EXISTANT... See how easy your city & PD has the perfect "set up" and "slam dunk" going on her; with no ability for a fair nor honest trial? Then chaaaa-ching.... The city now hears its cash register ringing and money falling into their budget; all at the expense of your community losing its right to any fair trial... We never thought it possible, but once you PHYSICALLY LIVE THROUGH THEIR CIMINAL ACTIONS, you KNOW FOR A FACT, THIS IS GOING ON IN SM!

How much money does it cost the city per hour to do research and background information for each and every upcoming trial? This equipment would pay for itself in less then 6 months, yet the city WILL NOT EVER APPROVE THIS, because then they wo NOT continue to get all the FREE ILLEGALLY OBTAINED EASY MONEY, thanks the all the "honest" SMPD! I like to hear a city who spent $100,000 to make sure their PD gets heated indoor parking so its officers don't have to walk to a cold car or rain, yet they can't find any money for a single recording device. - - - Also, can you imagine, no recording devices anywhere, including inside the jail? Why? Simple because they can do whatever they want to anyone in their control, including taking away EVERY VICTIMS CIVIL RIGHTS and not leave behind any physical evidence nor traces of their inappropriate actions while in their hands. But then again, who are the courts going to believe? A "criminal" (who could have been set up from the start) or the Police Officers? Theres no fair nor impartialness IN THIS CITY. Who's stopping them for continuing or falsifying anything inside the jail. Oh yeah, their "word." - - If you want to see how your PD "treats" its victims in jail, request your local EMT's dispatch logs over the years (2003-2007), and physically see how many times your honest PD called for parametic's to come revive victims in their jail cells. What would you say to any PD who needs to call for EMT's say once a week for help? Think theirs something going on? Remember, the city has no camera's in jail, nor in the cells, so they can legally get away with treating people anyway they want and legally get away with it... I can see someone get a black eye because "they fell" yet, any officer can punch them and their eye & not a single proof of evidence exists. - - - - State and Federal investigators have made inquiries about its PD practices and Civil Rights Violations. It was claimed that SMPD Officer Kyle Stormen knowinginly & Malicusly altered his Police Report by making up a story aboaut a scene, and the victim claimed to the Courts that it never happened. Another Police officer on the scene failed to inform her sukpervisor of this, and went along with it. This "honest" police officer then took an oath and sworn in to the courts, & again LIED DIRECTLY to the judge! - - - - We can understand that he made a mistake because he may have been in training, but this is a federal crime that this officer committed by knowingly and willingly falsify court and federal documents to cover his mistake! Instead of being a man and admitting he made a mistake, he found it easier to just falsify Court Documents to reflect that he did everything correctly, so his boss wouldn't find out of his f*ck up! (Remember, SM now has 3 seperate people who this city did the exact same thing to, so guess what's in the works?) With this BOLD LIE TO THE COURTS, Officer Stormen knowingly ruined someones personal families life, financially & unjustly, so his actions were NOT DONE HONESTLY, nor in his line of doing his duty. Imagine how you would feel if someone in a position of trust, knowingly and purposely LIED and FALSIFIED COURT DOCUMENT to burn you? All we wanted was nothing more then a fair and honest trial, but Officer Stormen LIED TO THE COURTS; UNDER OATH; taking away a fair and honest trial of the actual facts! - - - How would you feel and what would you do if this happened to you, or your loved one? Just brush it off to the side, or stand up and speak the truth? But we all know, Officer Stormon had a big laugh about screwing this guy over, and I'm sure had a big sign of relief... This officer is a perfect example where the victim told and submitted physical evidence to the courts of his bold LIES, but of course, the Court blindly trusted a corrupt police officer. So your city doesn't need any recording devices hey? Wait until it happenes to a loved one of yours, because, IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN!
So do you see why the city will not buy recording devices to monitor themselves, because this PD would have to follow the US Constitution, and give their victims a honest trial, based on REAL FACTS, and they could no longer just do whatever they want to... The PD and city does not want the recording of a single police incident, because they would be afraid that they will get sued because they didn't follow the legal procedures. So SM feels it wrong to have an impartial video camera recording for any fair or honest arrest, and detention. They don't want that because they are raking in the money by all the falsified police reports they are filing, and it would financially hurt their #2 source of income to run their city!
So how proud are you to live in a community with officers that feel they have a legal and personal right to straight out LIE to the courts? Now this is the type of criminal wearing a uniform in your city, and disregarded his oath of office and that of what America stands for!
