you will learn with experienced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors and feel the taste of the best martial arts in the world ...all about takedowns, joint manipulations, chokes, how to achieve positional dominance on the ground and how to escape from less desirable positions. Emphasis is placed on leverage and how to apply techniques with minimum strength. BJJ is normally performed in a gi, which serves as a training tool and gives the student a greater element of control.
