TRYING TO CONCEIVE

I have PCOS - Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
I am Insulin Resistant.
I have long cycles and don't ovulate by myself, but I'm hoping weight loss will help that.
I have had 5 miscarriages:
1994 / 1996 / 2005 / 2009 / 2010
and had 3 chemical pregnancies:
2008 / 2009 / 2009
I've done:
9 months on Metformin
4 cycles on Clomid
3 cycles on Tamoxifen

December 2009 I had full bloods done - all normal, a HSG - tubes clear, and an Ultrasound which showed small fibroids or adenomyosis.
Diagosed with suspected Endometriosis November 2010.
Waiting for IVF.
