lights so not much equipment needs to be upgraded when going a little bigger from a 55. Also if you can afford it get a controller. I still use my aquacontroller jr on 6 gallon nano, it just makes everything easier.

I upgraded from this to the 75. I was really new to the hobby when I had this tank so I could have doen it better so when I moved to the 75 I knew a lot more. Well said, I also have a low brand name exhaust and i love it. Sounds mean and looks like every other. no need to pay a lot of money for pipes.

Thanks. The sump/fuge is just a standard 29 gallon tank. I sectioned it off into 4 sections. First is live rock second is skimmer third is return and fourth is fuge. I plumbed an inlet to the fuge so it could be low flow and flow into the return section. No wave maker just random flow. If you do ...

thank you. all is well. I was doing water changes every 2 weeks because I only have the yashia goby but I now do them once a week, about 1/2 to 3/4 a gallon and eveything looks great. My tri colored pastrata and pink lemonade are growing really fast so i will stick to that.
