I think this comes from a mockumentary called C.S.A.: The Confederate States of America. It was a fictional account of an alternate history, in which the Confederates won the American Civil War.

The fate off the show was sadly affected by the writer’s guild strike. CBS got hit pretty hard in the ratings across the board. But I agree it was a great show.
