as for programming, Turing is a very good programming language for people who have never programmed before, unfortunately my high school practically forces me to use it (its nice for beginners but not for more advanced users) (P.S. Im 18 dont listen to youtube, I put my age down as that and it made me 26 :P)
Heres a link to turing
http://compsci.ca/blog/downloa
for MY programing I use C++, and I basically taught it all my self cause my school thinks we are as smart as three year olds half the time, Im in grade 12 and they still make us define what a graphics card is, I knew what that was even in grade 7.
Now there is a bunch of documentation that comes with turing so you have to read that, plus theres a whole forum on compsci.ca devoted just to turing. Good luck.
Eh, so pitty ! And I just started to "move" more into Anim8or . But what happened ? What did the creator of cre8or ( haha ) say about that ?
New Anim8or related program ...cool ! Maybe you could continue the "old" one? Of course with the owner's permission . Don't think he would mind that.
So, you know programming ? Do you take lessons at school/university or by your own ? I am interested in learning ASL ( writing scripts for Anim8or ), but I have no knowledge of any programming language . Maybe you could give me any advise on how to start from...null ? Since ASL is kinda easy ( but not easy enough for my yet "empty head" xD ) and it's similar to C (or even C++ ? ), I should start from something like those ? I've heard that best start in programming is Pascal. Maybe it's better to start from that, just basics and then return to ASL ? So, what do you think ? And ow did you start ?
I forgot where I'm going with this, well its dead you get the point,
but don't worry, I'm actually coming up with a new thing alike cre8or, that still will use anim8or.
Right now, I'm working in C++ with opengl so hopefully I will be able to get the new cre8or up and running soon.
As for the cre8or site... well first the forum went down, and now the site is completely removed and you can now buy the domain name, in other words, you'll never see that exact site ever again (except for me I ripped the thing pictures and all before it went down).
I might go ahead and put some notice on the anim8or site so that people know whats going on about it.
