hi there nice to meet another mercedesfan i did,nt do it myself because i would have done anything to keep it automatic i bought the car from a farmer who inheritate the car from his dad and they parked it in a field for 8 yrs after that the engine was seized and they had a w115 200d that was wrecked so the put the engine and drivetrain off that w115 in this w123 and everything works fine but i don,t know how and wen they did this i bought the car in 2003 for eur 900 and still drive it sometime it has a very hard and good body and never had to be welded or or patched up . and i like your w123 and a 240d will go 150 km full throttle but it takes like ten minutes to get there i drove my 200d never faster then 120 that was his top my other mercedes goes up to 248 km full throttle i filmed that also best regards

The older W123 are some of the best. When you talk to anyone out there they are considered to be built like tanks. The 240d I'm not sure about, but if its built anything like the 300d (non-turbo) the engine is virtually bullet proof. My W123 is no more. Someone demolished it in a car accident.

Now have a W124 1987 300TD. Had to fully restore the rust that was on the drivers side, went from front to back. It was a major overall, a lot of work, and long hours. WELL WORTH IT. Car is sealed up, and can't rust anymore. The car was otherwise ready for the junk yard. Very happy with it, only has 135K miles and got it for $400USD. Best purchased I have made to date.

I own Mercedes -90  200D and its works fine as **** :D I think Im gonna make video about of it now.

@1Velibor1; i wanted to, the beige 230E is my grandpa´s, but i live too far away to fix with it + i´m already saving another Mercedes w123 240D. see it in my other videos :) Hopefully the 230E can be saved sometime aswell..

you aint never seen a 240d with a turbo cause yiu aint been nowhere. over seas is where a lot of them are. here in the states there are some but not too many. so the next time you talk, spit that pussy out of your mouth and make some fucking CENTS. sissy-nigga!
