Your vids are excellent. Clear, concise, well-themed, and the enthusiasm and vibrance you add into each recording makes learning from you that much more authentic... not only do you enjoy cooking, but the audience can will easily believe that what you're cooking is just-that-damned-good!

btw, i modified the "Chocolate Surprise" with white chocolate, flavoured with amaretto, topped with a coffee bean and dusted with cocoa powder. The surprise inside? Coffee flavoured ganache! ;-)
