Ivo Minar was found just for once with metilhexanamine that he took accidentally in an energetic food and was suspended for 8 months and the ITF had no mercy on him saying that it´s the player full responsability to make sure that no prohibited substance gets into your body, accidentally or not. Agassi now confesses he took crystal meth for more than a year...what does he want to demonstrate, that he was wiser than any other one for not being caught ? Sorry if I sound bitter to you, but I can´t understand his motivations to declare these things after a decay.

Agassi says in his autobiography book he was totally aware of what he was taking, it wasn´t accidental...so he lied on purpose to the ATP and consequently he did not respect his sport colleagues & fans worldwide, for me that´s the worst of all this story. I´m not judging his personal life, everybody deserves a second chance but this all honesty outburst 3 years after his pro career finished is something useless & damage the image of tennis sport in general. Btw, Gasquet escaped a whole year suspension from the ITF Judging Court, but no one saved him from being temporarily suspended those 2 months and 15 days forcing him not to be present at 2 GS.

I mean, Andre alleged that someone poured the drug in his drink...moreless the same excuse as Richard Gasquet for his cocaine positive (also not enhancer). Difference is that ATP choosed to "believe" in Agassi´s presumption of innocence and not in Richard´s case. Andre was gifted with the opportunity to continue with his career & his immaculate reputation while Richie has been banned out of the courts for 3 months & everyone pointed at him with his finger. This is not fair and shows how mild the ATP can be depending on which player we are talking about.

Hi conziborg2. Just read your comments on Ioana´s channel about drugs controversy & wanted to participate a bit in the discussion. True that Agassi was going through personal hard times even before divorcing Brooke Shields and crystal did not help him at all since he dropped to #800 rank positions the period he took it (hence no drug performance enhancer really), but this fact can´t be an excuse for the ATP to apply different policy for different players.

yeah, that`s true.
I agree, he didn`t play at his best, but still at a very good level :) Hope he`ll keep his level up or play better, he needs to defend the masters cup title in London. If he doesn`t do well at these last tournaments crappy Moron Murray will finish the year as no 3 :|||||

well, it doesn`t matter if he was playing well or good, if you`re caught, you`re caught and you must receive the right penalty. But whatever....
Btw, I`ve seen you`ve been making lots of Novak vids lately. What do you think about his performance in China?
