@toddrodrigue yeah...in theory it makes more sense that way but the taste is so much fruitier after the first month. I guess it's the difference in sugar (natural berry fructose vs. refined sugar cane) and alcohol content. Sometimes I want a not such a strong alcohol tasting wine so it would be...
