It can't be a CO2 total flood as it would have killed everyone in the room as the extinguishing concentration is far, far above the lethal concentration for life.

It isn't halon as it's 2006 and in the UK & is illegal (unless an excepted use) so it's got to be an inert gas or HCFC blend.

Nothing new - here in Europe we have had environmentally friendly foam extinguishers (in normal cans) for over 12 years - high than normal ratings on A & B fires and many are electrically safe for use on up to 1000V or accidental use near 35,000V and are the same price as normal extinguishers

@plt86 Wet Chemical is for cooking oil, not the petroleum oil in this tray, for which powder is best for rapid knock down, followed by foam for cooling and to prevent reignition

It's from 1997 when the UK stopped colour coding the whole body of their extinguishers and moved to red bodies with a coded panel.

Considering they are using a CPR Training Manikin the CPR was poor - correct positioning and depth should be being demonstrated, there is no excuse.

This is TV drama CPR at it's worst, which ruins an otherwise good step by step demo.
