The demand to present the note is the easiest way to avoid foreclosure for moths to come. Banks do need to present the note. It can take them up to a couple of years to find the note. In that time, home owners can find a solution to their problems

I like your idea about the note. A question that I have is what happens when they do produce the note? Are you done at that point? What steps are next.  Please produce a mortgage video about plan B, when plan A fails.
