Jackdave, the web site is EXTREMELY user friendly. Their customer support is not crappy at all, or I wouldn't be a happy customer. Don't blame Consumer Cellular because you can't navigate a website.

Jaxdave, you are welcome to call customer support today at 1-888-345-5509. They would be happy to help. Regarding the Treo, Consumer Cellular allows customers to use their own phone as long as it is compatible with our systems we will even ship you a SIM for free and waive all activation fees. However, to be compatible, a phone must be a GSM phone that is either unlocked or configured for AT&Ts service. Also, keep in mind if you use your own phone, you might run into problems with the data service; Consumer Cellular has different data settings than what will be in an AT&T or unlocked phone. The best way to be sure if your choice phone will work is to give us a call at 1-888-345-5509 and our customer service people would be happy to answer any additional questions you have. Thanks!

Screwed up website.

I clicked the Contact Us tab and it went to a web page. I clicked my option.

I clicked the Site Map and it went to another page. I clicked the About Us and it took me to another page.

I just have a simple question.

I was wondering if this service could be provided on my Treo?

Now I don't think I want this service because their customer support is crappy.
