the title 10 arguement is just more proof for making earmarks separate from other bills and force them to get voted on their own.

This result is overdue. We are waking up in different phases but once we do, we allow it to keep going too long. Im so tired of tyrants and thats what we have.

Im all for the 28th amendment. Congress shall make no law concerning the citizens of the USA that does not apply to them and vice versa. We would see a much different world no doubt. And very quickly.
