	tarrker (7 months ago) Please vote against s. 978. As the bill is written now it will do nothing but take rights away from citizens. There is already a provision in law for what this bill is trying to do. The problem is that there is an inability to enforce the existing laws for copyrighted materials through an electronic outlet. The passing on this bill will not fix that.

The writer doesn't know effect from affect (see the malpractice headline) and throws a hyphen into seventh term where it doesn't belong: "I am in my seventh-term as a Congressman..." Don't get me wrong; more taxes for the schools won't make any difference.
