In an attempt to discredit Westinghouse and Tesla by showing how dangerous AC electricity is, Thomas Edison electrified an elephant named Topsy.
Well, was Topsy a wild animal? Was he in captivity? Dumb people should watch themselves around wild animals. Especially ones that weigh tons. I would shock Edison himself if I was presented the chance.
